Football Club Girondins de Bordeaux (in French Football Club des Girondins de Bordeaux), commonly known as Girondins de Bordeaux, is a French football club from the city of Bordeaux in Gironde. The club currently plays in the Régional 1 following a double administrative relegation in 2026.
The club's traditional colours are navy blue and white. The team plays its home matches at the Stade Bordeaux-Atlantique, opened in 2015 and with a capacity of 43,000 spectators.
The institution was founded in 1881 as a multi-sport club and is one of the most successful clubs in the history of French football, having won six Ligue 1 titles, four Coupe de France trophies, three Coupes de la Ligue and five Trophées des Champions. The club has the distinction of having played the most Coupe de la Ligue finals, having appeared in six of the 16 finals played.
