Andino Sport Club is an Argentine sports organisation based in the Matadero neighbourhood of the city of La Rioja, capital of the province of the same name. It took part in the Torneo Argentino B of Argentine football in 2012, where it was invited by the Asociación del Fútbol Argentino. From the 2014 season it was invited to the new Federal A tournament but, having finished last in its zone, it lost the chance to be promoted to the B Nacional.

It was founded on 20 August 1946. That was when the institutional, social and sporting identity of this organisation was born, taking the name Andino Sport Club in remembrance of its origin among those who worked at, or lived in the neighbourhood around, what was then the Hospital Regional Andino.

Its main activities are football and basketball. Although it is one of the most successful teams in football in the Liga Riojana, it also stands out in basketball: Emanuel Ginóbili made his debut in the Liga Nacional de Básquet at Andino for the first time in 1995.
