Athletic Club Barnechea is a football club from Chile, based in the commune of Lo Barnechea, in the city of Santiago. It was founded on 23 December 1929 by a group of young people from the village of Lo Barnechea, under the name Deportivo Santa Rosa de Barnechea. It is in recess following the suspension of its club licence, owing to financial problems.

A permanent contender in the local leagues of the eastern sector of the capital, it joined the newly created Cuarta División in 1983, and in 2012 entered professional football by winning the Tercera División championship. With its promotion to the Primera División in 2014, it became the first club to reach the top tier of Chilean football after passing through the Cuarta, Tercera and Segunda División/Primera B. Its official titles are one Segunda División Profesional (2016–17) and one Tercera División (2011).

The club plays at home at the Estadio Municipal de Lo Barnechea, inaugurated on 18 October 2015, which has a capacity of 2,500 spectators. For matches with larger crowds, the team moves its home ground to the Estadio Bicentenario de La Florida, located in the south-eastern sector of Santiago.
