Club San Luis

San Luis Fútbol Club was a Mexican team that played in the Mexican Primera División. It played its home matches at the Estadio Alfonso Lastras Ramírez in the city of San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí. Previously it played at the Estadio Plan de San Luis, which was converted and is currently used as a high-performance center.

Colloquially, they were known as "Los Auriazules" or "Los Tuneros", in reference to the tuna (prickly pear), a very common fruit in the Potosí region. They were also known as "Los Santos" and, sometimes, referred to in the media as "El Equipo del Milagro" (The Miracle Team), owing to their escape from relegation in the 2006 Clausura tournament. The last nickname by which they were known was "Los Reales".

It holds the record in Mexican football for having been promoted in two consecutive years: as champion of the Mexican Tercera División in the 1969-1970 season, being promoted to the Mexican Segunda División, and the following year, being crowned champion and gaining promotion to the Primera División.

The team was dissolved on 28 May 2013, when the franchise was moved to the State of Chiapas and became the team Jaguares de Chiapas. Club San Luis as such disappeared; however, San Luis Potosí was not left without a professional football team, as a new team was born in the Liga de Ascenso de México, Atlético de San Luis, which currently plays in the Mexican Primera División.
