Blackburn Rovers Football Club (/ˈblækbɜrn ˈroʊvərz/) is an English football club from the town of Blackburn in the county of Lancashire. It was founded on 5 November 1875 and plays in the English Football League Championship. It is one of the three clubs that have been both a founding member of the Football League and of the Premier League (the others being Aston Villa and Everton). It has played at Ewood Park since its permanent move there in 1890.

It has three top-flight league titles to its name (1911–12, 1913–14 and the 1994–95 Premier League). The 81 years between its second and third titles make it the second football club in the world to have taken the longest to win a league title again, behind the Northern Irish club Cliftonville F.C., which took 88 years to do so.

The club's motto is “Arte et Labore” (“By skill and hard work” in Latin). The 2011–12 Premier League was its last campaign in the top flight, in which it had spent 72 seasons. Blackburn Rovers is currently one of only seven clubs that have won the Premier League, along with Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City, Leicester City and Liverpool.
