Football Club Kharkiv, formerly called Football Club Metalist 1925 Kharkiv, is a professional football club from the city of Kharkiv, Ukraine. It was founded in 2016 and currently plays in the Ukrainian Premier League, the country's top competition. Its home ground is the Metalist Stadium, with a capacity of 40,003 spectators.

Metalist 1925 Kharkiv finished third in the Persha Liha in the 2020-21 season, as well as third in the Druha Liha in 2017-18. It was also runner-up in the Ukrainian Amateur Football Championship in its first season. In 2021 it was promoted to the Ukrainian Premier League.

Metalist 1925 Kharkiv is the second club in Ukraine to host its home matches in the championship.

The club's philosophy is based on seeking out local players. Thus, in Metalist 1925 Kharkiv's first team, 22 players are from Kharkiv. In the team's line-up in the first half of the 2017-18 season, 24 of 27 players came from football schools in Kharkiv Oblast; in the second half of the season, 21 of 25; in the 2018-19 season, 23 of 30 players.

Legally, Metalist 1925 Kharkiv is not the legal successor of FC Metalist Kharkiv, which was excluded in 2016 because its last owner, Serhiy Kurchenko, defaulted on payments to the club and gave up on selling it to other potential investors.
