Sepahan Sport Club (in Persian: باشگاه فوتبال فولاد مبارکه ی سپاهان اصفهان‎) is a football club from Iran from the city of Isfahan. It was founded in 1953 and plays in the Iran Pro League.

They compete in the top category of Iran, known as the Persian Gulf Cup. Sepahan are the latest champions of the IPL, in the 2010–11 season, securing the third title in the history of the IPL in ten years. They are also the first and only team to have won the title in back-to-back seasons (2009–2010 and 2010–2011). They became the first non-Tehran team to win the title, in the 2002–03 season.

Sepahan have been the most successful football club in Iran during the 1980s and are one of only six teams that have been present in every edition of the IPL. They are also the first Iranian club to reach the final of the AFC Champions League, in 2007, and qualified to play in the FIFA Club World Cup of the same year.

Sepahan SC is generally referred to as an example of successful and consistent management, and managed to put an end to the complete domination of the two famous clubs, Persepolis FC and Esteghlal FC, in Iranian football. The club belongs to the multi-sport branch of Foolad Sepahan Mobarakeh Sport Club and is owned by the steel company Mobarakeh Steel Co.
