Levski Sofia

PFC Levski Sofia (in Bulgarian: ПФК Левски София) is a Bulgarian football club located in the capital, Sofia. It was founded in 1914 as Sport Club Levski within the Levski sports society and plays its home matches at the Georgi Asparuhov stadium, with a capacity of 25,000 spectators. It currently plays in the First League of Bulgaria, the top division of Bulgaria.

Since its creation, Levski Sofia has won 75 national titles and has 27 League Championships, 26 Cups, three Super Cups, eleven Sofia Championships, three Soviet Army Cups, four Ulpia Serdika Cups, and has achieved a record of 13 doubles and one treble. The club has a positive record against all Bulgarian teams in all national competitions and is a member of the European Club Association. The Sinite ("the Blues") are the team with the most seasons played in the Bulgarian football championship and have never been relegated.

At international level, Levski has reached the quarter-finals of the Cup Winners' Cup three times and the quarter-finals of the UEFA Cup twice. In 2006, it became the first Bulgarian club to reach the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.

The colours of the club's first kit are entirely blue. Traditionally Levski's biggest rival is CSKA Sofia, a club historically affiliated with the Army, and the matches between the two capital clubs are commonly known as the Eternal Derby of Bulgaria.
